Nor Lastrina Hamid

Nor Lastrina Hamid is a Senior Executive, Market Transformation Initiative at WWF-Singapore, where she develops and manages programmes focused on sustainable consumption, circular economy solutions and waste reduction. Her work involves bringing together businesses, government agencies, communities and civil society partners to test and scale practical sustainability initiatives.

Lastrina has been involved in environmental advocacy and community engagement for more than a decade. Previously, as co-founder of Singapore Youth for Climate Action (SYCA), she helped lead youth-driven efforts to raise climate awareness, encourage active citizenship and empower young people to participate in sustainability initiatives.

Today, her work focuses on translating sustainability ambitions into practical action through multi-stakeholder partnerships, behaviour change initiatives and systems-based approaches. She is particularly interested in how collaboration across sectors can accelerate the transition towards more circular, resource-efficient and resilient communities.
