Natalie Çilem

Natalie Cilem is the Community Lead for the Global Wildfire Leadership Network at the World Economic Forum, where she leads efforts to strengthen global collaboration and drive cross-sector action on wildfire resilience. She brings over a decade of experience in stakeholder engagement, program development, and community impact across international organizations, the private sector, and non-profit organizations.

Natalie holds an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics and a BA in International Development and Social Change from Clark University.
