Meeyydz (Mei) Tan

Meeyydz (Mei) Tan is the CEO of Asia Green Group, an advocate for ecological civilization, and a second-generation business leader. A graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design, Florida, USA, with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), she joined the family business in 2010 and, in 2025, led its transformation from a traditional property developer into an ecology-conscious ecosystem builder.

Guided by the philosophy of TLJ (Truth • Light • Justice), Mei believes that the future begins with the transformation of human consciousness. Her work bridges inner awakening with sustainable development, creating projects that regenerate both people and the planet.

She leads pioneering initiatives including Asia Green Township, The Pier, and One Garden Institute and One Sanctuary, while co-founding One Haven, a future ecology village and living laboratory for regenerative communities.

She also co-founded One Life Consultancy, a hub that supports individuals on their conscious journey to live with greater purpose, love, and authenticity. In addition, she founded One Plus, a platform dedicated to transforming next-generation family enterprise leaders into conscious leaders who inspire harmonious families, organizations, communities, and cities.

In 2026, Mei is leading the One Earth movement in Penang which brings together leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and communities to inspire collective action toward an ecological civilization founded on consciousness, love, and harmony.
