Lisa Sweet is Senior Director at Tilt Collective, where she leads the organization's global private sector portfolio, driving corporate impact across food systems transformation. Over more than a decade, she has built multistakeholder coalitions and advanced food and agri-business transformation, shaping emerging agendas including the food-climate-nature nexus, regenerative agriculture, and protein diversification. Lisa previously advised the COP28 Presidency on its Food Systems Finance agenda. From 2011 to 2023, she held a series of leadership roles at the World Economic Forum, including heading its Climate and Nature Agenda for Food Systems, Future of Protein initiative, and COVID-19 Response for Food Systems; heading Business Strategy and Engagement for the Centre for Global Public Goods; and heading the Agriculture, Food and Beverage Industry Group and CEO community. Earlier in her career, Lisa worked at the United States Olympic Committee and Lehman Brothers. She holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
