Leslie Lenus

Leslie has more than twenty years’ experience in leadership, learning and development, change management, job redesign as well as strategic human resources. He believes that the four most important qualities of a strong HR professional are Patience, Resilience, Aptitude and Passion, having led the organisation to attain the SkillsFuture Employers Award, Workforce Resilience Award, and Enabling Mark Silver.

He was awarded the inaugural Enabling Champion Award for disability-inclusive hiring (one of the four recipients in Singapore) and is currently a Hospitality and Tourism Industry Panel member with Nanyang Polytechnic and a Hotel Human Capital Advisory Committee member with the Singapore Hotel Association.
