Lei Yu

Yu Lei is Director, Strategy & Technical Development at IMC Industrial Pte. Ltd., where he drives strategic planning, technical innovation, and green maritime initiatives across the group's maritime businesses. A naval architect by background, he has engaged in the maritime industry for thirty years. His cross-disciplinary career spans ship design and optimization, the planning and development of major shipbuilding and ship repair infrastructure within the maritime industrial arm of the leading Chinese state-owned shipping group, and commercial vessel and offshore energy asset investment and structured financing at a premier Chinese financial leasing firm. He holds a BEng from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, an MSc from Cass Business School in London as a British Chevening Scholar, and a CPA (Canada) qualification.

宇雷现任万邦工业集团战略与技术发展总监，负责推进集团航运业务板块的战略规划、技术创新与绿色海事举措。造船工程师出身，他在海事行业拥有三十年的从业资历，兼具扎实的工程技术底色与丰富的船舶与海洋能源设施投融资实务经验。他此前曾深耕船型开发与优化设计，在中国头部航运集团旗下的船舶工业板块参与大型造船与修船基础设施的规划建设，并在中国头部金融租赁公司从事商用船舶与海洋能源资产的投资与结构化融资业务。他持有上海交通大学船舶工程工学学士学位，并曾作为 Chevening 学者获伦敦卡斯商学院硕士学位，同时也是加拿大特许专业会计师（CPA Canada）。
