Biography

A pioneer of social entrepreneurship in Vietnam, Pham Kieu Oanh has spent over a decade building the systems and infrastructure for impact-driven business to thrive.

As Founder and Director of CSIP, she has nurtured a pipeline of nearly 300 social impact businesses reaching over 700,000 disadvantaged people, while helping shift national policy through the inclusion of social enterprises in Vietnam's Enterprise Law (2014) — laying institutional groundwork that continues to shape the ecosystem today. Oanh works across the region as a master trainer, coach, and mentor to impact entrepreneurs, and has judged the Asia Pacific Social Innovation Partnership Award (2019–2024). Under her leadership, CSIP co-founded the Vietnam Impact Investment Network (VIIN), channeling capital toward systemic change, and she has authored nearly 20 publications exploring how social entrepreneurship and impact investment reshape economies from within.

A founding member of SENA, GSEN, and AVPN, and a speaker at the Social Enterprise World Forum 2025, Oanh holds a Master's in Anthropology and Sociology from Monash University, Australia.
