Kee Hoe Ho

Chief Operating Officer · Cora Environment (part of TBS Group)
Biography

Mr Ho Kee Hoe is Chief Operating Officer at Cora Environment, a leading integrated waste management company in Singapore. Cora is part of TBS Group, currently undergoing a business transformation from its coal origins in Indonesia toward sustainable infrastructure across Asia. In August 2026, TBS Group became the first company to receive the Green Equity Transition designation from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), reviewed by S&P Global Ratings.

Kee Hoe oversees business functions across the company's Energy-from-Waste (EfW) facility, material recovery facility (MRF), toxic industrial waste facility, and fleet maintenance. With over 18 years of experience across the waste management and energy sectors, Kee Hoe brings deep expertise in EfW operations and resource recovery. He leads the operation and optimisation of Cora's EfW facility on Jurong Island, converting waste into steam and by-products such as incineration bottom ash (IBA), currently sent to Semakau for landfill.

Kee Hoe is determined to close that loop. He plays a key role in advancing circularity within the built environment, advancing efforts to transform IBA from waste into a usable resource, reducing landfill dependency and unlocking new value from Singapore's waste streams. He currently leads Cora's carbon capture and utilisation (CCU) programme, spearheading a project that combines captured CO₂ with IBA to enable its reuse in construction-related applications, a pathway that could turn today's waste by-product into tomorrow's building material.
