Juliette Macresy

Juliette Macresy is a sustainable finance specialist with over two decades of experience across global financial markets, sustainable finance, and ESG research. Based in Asia-Pacific since 2015, she has supported investors, issuers, and financial institutions in integrating ESG considerations into capital allocation and investment strategies.

She recently joined the Blue Bond Accelerator, a nonprofit organization dedicated to catalyzing capital flows toward regenerative and sustainable blue economies through the development of a high-quality global blue bond market.

Previously, Juliette helped build and expand sustainable finance in Asia through her leadership at Vigeo Eiris and Moody’s ESG Solutions. She launched Vigeo Eiris’ APAC operations from Hong Kong in 2017 and later joined the firm’s Executive Committee in 2020, where she led the global issuer team and contributed to the expansion of sustainable finance solutions worldwide. She also established and led Moody’s APACME Customer Success Managers team, strengthening institutional engagement across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

Juliette received the Excellence in Sustainability Award at the 2021 Women in Finance Asia Awards. She is a CFA charterholder and holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Université Paris Dauphine, as well as the CFA Certificate in Climate Risk, Valuation, and Investing.
