Judy Chan

Judy Chan joined Grace Vineyard after a successful career at Goldman Sachs and helped transform the family-owned business into one of China’s leading boutique wineries. Under her leadership, Grace Vineyard became known for quality and innovation, with its wines served in five-star hotels and Cathay Pacific’s First and Business Class cabins. In 2008, the company was featured as a Harvard Business School case study for its pioneering role in China’s modern wine industry. In 2018, Judy founded Dexi Distillery in Fujian, expanding into whisky and gin. Her achievements have been recognised by Ernst & Young, the Institute of Masters of Wine, The Drinks Business and Food & Wine, among others.

陈芳女士在高盛工作后加入怡园酒庄，并推动这家家族企业成长为中国领先的精品葡萄酒庄之一。在她的领导下，怡园酒庄以品质与创新著称，其葡萄酒进入中国多家国际五星级酒店，并获选用于国泰航空头等舱及商务舱。2008年，怡园酒庄因其在中国现代葡萄酒行业中的开创性实践，被哈佛商学院收录为教学案例。 2018年，陈芳女士在福建创立德熙酒业，将业务拓展至威士忌与金酒。她曾获得安永年度企业家、亚洲葡萄酒年度人物等多项国际奖项与认可。
