Iskandar Giusti

Iskandar Giusti is CEO of Lotus Journey, the boutique island and dive-resort and liveaboard division of Lotus Enterprises, based in Bali. Lotus Journey operates properties across Bali, Lombok, North Sulawesi, Morotai, and Raja Ampat, together with two traditional phinisi vessels running as dive liveaboards.

During his tenure, the company has begun transitioning its resorts to solar and battery power, implemented coastal protection measures, improved wastewater treatment, and, more recently, launched community-led waste governance programmes.

Iskandar speaks on family enterprise and place-based sustainability. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the National University of Singapore.
