HRH the Infanta Cristina De Borbon

Her Royal Highness the Infanta Cristina is the Director of the International Area of “la Caixa” Foundation since 1997. Together with her team they undertake global health, humanitarian and development projects, leading the implementation of more than 800 projects in 70 countries in collaboration with a large number of foundations and international organizations with the aim of forging strategic alliances and strengthening global partnerships.

HRH is also Inter-Agency Coordinator of the Aga Khan Trust for Culture, managing the collaboration programs with the cultural and social foundations of the Aga Khan Development Network.

She is also Honorary President of the Spanish National Commission for Cooperation with UNESCO and a Vice-President of the Board of Trustees of the Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation. HRH holds a degree in Political Science from the Complutense University of Madrid and studied International Relations at New York University.
