Hiroshi Limmell

Hiroshi leads wellbeing and employee engagement for more than 6,000 scientists, engineers and corporate staff at A*STAR. An accredited Senior Professional with the Institute for Human Resource Professionals, he advises public service leaders on employee relations, workforce wellbeing and psychosocial risk.

He serves on the Public Service Division’s Employee Experience Committee and is a committee member of the Ministry of Health’s National CARE Management System, Singapore’s national framework for providing psychological support during crises.

His current focus is strengthening the measurement integrity of workplace wellbeing programmes. He is particularly interested in helping organisations move beyond participation rates towards data driven interventions that deliver measurable enterprise outcomes.
