Hari Haran

Hari Haran is a Principal in The Bridgespan Group’s Singapore office, where he advises philanthropies, family offices, impact investors, and nonprofits on strategy, operating models, and portfolio construction. His work spans climate and environment, education, and health, including energy transition, food systems and agricultural decarbonization, nature conservation and restoration, carbon markets, and urban governance. He has worked across the capital spectrum, from traditional philanthropy to catalytic impact investing.

Hari began his social impact career as a Teach For India Fellow, an experience that shaped his interest in systems change and inclusive development. Before Bridgespan, he worked at Central Square Foundation, where he led investments and initiatives in education technology. Hari studied computer science engineering and entrepreneurship at Nanyang Technological University and holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. Outside work, he is an avid trekker, rescue SCUBA diver, and paragliding club pilot.
