Gita Syahrani

Gita Syahrani is an Indonesian strategist working at the intersection of climate, economic transformation, and leadership for nearly two decades. She is the Founder of BLESS Indonesia, which strengthens the inner resilience of leaders & collectives, and the Head of the Executive Board of Koalisi Ekonomi Membumi (KEM | Earth-Centered Economy Coalition), advancing Indonesia’s responsible bioeconomy.

Through these roles, KEM builds the system for economic transfomation while BLESS strengthens the people and relationships that make collaboration work. She is a Climate Breakthrough Awardee, Skoll Fellow, Ashoka Fellow, and Mulago Fellow.
