Gill heads the Forest Future Alliance, supporting private sector and philanthropy actors to invest appropriately in conservation, restoration, stewardship and resilience of forest landscapes globally. Within this remit, Gill oversees the Global Wildfire Leadership Network, a community bringing together leaders across business, finance, civil society, philanthropy, and the public sector to advance wildfire resilience. She manages the Global Future Council on the Human Science of Environmental Action. Gill has led a variety of initiatives, communities and agendas whilst at the World Economic Forum – focused on nature, climate and sustainability. In 2023, she launched Earth Decides, a diverse community of world-class experts and storytellers who cultivate informed optimism among decision-makers in support of credible Earth-centered action. Between 2014 and 2020, Gill led the environment and sustainability agenda for the World Economic Forum’s global meetings, bringing together diverse topics and stakeholders from across industries and geographies to identify systems-level interventions and influence decision making. A certified facilitator, coach and intrapreneur, Gill works to restore balance between humanity and the natural world.
