Fiona Yue

Fiona is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Merino & Co (ASX:MNC), an Australian Securities Exchange-listed premium merino knitwear company. Through its partnership with AWN, one of Australia’s leading pastoral houses, the business is connected to a network of more than 27,000 farmers across Australia, placing Fiona close to the broader relationships between industry, supply chains and regional communities. Over more than two decades in business, Fiona has built and managed companies across different stages of growth, with responsibility for teams of around 10,000 employees. This experience has shaped her view that sustainable business performance is not only about growth, but also about people, leadership, organisational resilience and long-term value creation. Her work today also extends beyond business operations. As Director and Chief Mentor at PGY Consultants, Fiona works with founders and business leaders on leadership, personal development and long-term business growth. She previously studied directly with Bob Proctor, whose work has also influenced her approach to mentoring and leadership. Fiona is also an author and co-author of The Best Advice for Speakers, Working Mothers Inspiring Others and Curiosity Killed the 9 to 5. Across business, mentoring and writing, her work reflects a strong focus on responsible leadership, people development and building businesses that can create value over the long term.
