Fahima Farha is the Vice-President of Roses of Peace. She has spent over a decade designing and leading initiatives that strengthen social cohesion, interfaith understanding and youth leadership in Singapore. Her work focuses on building lasting capabilities in inclusive dialogue, recognising and challenging biases, facilitation and community leadership. She has worked with public agencies, schools and community organisations to create practical, participatory programmes that bring together people from diverse backgrounds. Fahima is also an Associate Lecturer teaching leadership and people management. Through her work, she seeks to help social-cohesion efforts grow beyond one-off engagements by fostering sustained participation, stronger relationships and greater community ownership.
