Endah Setyaningsih is a seasoned public health leader and the Deputy Director of Programs at ARUNGI affiliate of SurfAid ( Yayasan Selancar Arungi Indonesia). Driven by a passion for health equity in underserved regions, Endah brings over 20 years of field experience across West Sumatra, Nusa Tenggara, and East Java, designing and scaling community-based health, nutrition, and clean water interventions.
She holds an MPH from Deakin University and a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington, specializing in health workforce policy and midwife retention strategies for remote healthcare systems.
