Dylan Terry

Dylan is a global programme leader specializing in social innovation, large-scale grant frameworks, and international humanitarian response. With Challenge Works, she is currently managing the Good Start Challenge, a global initiative developed by the Van Leer Foundation to promote the wellbeing of parents and caregivers of children aged 0-5.

Before joining Challenge Works, Dylan led humanitarian teams and programming across the Middle East and East Africa. She has led projects with several non-governmental organisations across a range of sectors, focusing on life-saving assistance. Most recently, she worked with IMPACT Initiatives, a Geneva-based humanitarian research NGO, to advise donors and operational partners on populations with the highest need in crisis settings.

Dylan is motivated by driving change for social good in order to create more fair and sustainable communities. She is deeply interested in how to foster linkages between disciplines to create collective impact, pushing the boundaries of how we can collectively approach problem solving.
