Daphne Laan is Founding Partner of Planetir, an AI-powered ecosystem platform that connects people, knowledge, capital and opportunities across communities, regions, and solutions. Planetir brings together a growing global network of Planeteers from more than 55 countries, fostering collaboration, learning and action to accelerate the transition toward a regenerative way of living and working.

With 25 years of experience in technology, leadership and ecosystem orchestration, Daphne believes the future of business and technology depends as much on the human heart as on collective wisdom. Her years leading as Head of Tech and Trading at Google reinforced a simple belief: when you follow your heart, unexpected doors open.

Daphne is also Co-Founder of The Board Whisperers, where she advises founders, CEOs and boards on leading transformation. Through House of Wonder, her forest-based hub for collaboration, she explores how storytelling, art and imagination can catalyze systems change.

Drawing on her Dutch and Indonesian heritage, Daphne has learned that the greatest breakthroughs come from connecting cultures, disciplines and generations to unlock the shared wisdom needed to co-create regenerative futures. She collaborates with next-generation and Indigenous leaders and serves on the board of the Dutch Internet Society, bringing together innovators at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and societal impact.
