Biography

Living and working in Asia for the last 29 years, Chris is an experienced developmental and integral coach. Working at depth with a range of clients from individuals to Fortune 500 leadership teams and executives, he is passionate about human dynamics, instincts and behaviours. Ten years ago, Chris founded The Lighthouse to provide unique levels of enduring support to clients looking to develop the capacity and capability to achieve their full potential across their personal and professional lives. By building deep, enduring awareness and whole=person consciousness, Chris strives to deliver sustainable long-term growth and fulfilment, guiding clients towards a more holistic, more integrated, more connected and more human presence in the world.

In his previous corporate life, he was responsible for building and leading global/regional teams, shaping their culture and nurturing the growth of individuals. Teams that were consistently characterised by high trust, low attrition, unflinching commitment, deep EQ, high performance, a strong sense of belonging. And fun.

Chris has an Honours degree in Psychology and in Sociology. He is also currently pursuing further education qualifications in the Neurobiology and Cognitive Psychology fields to deepen his knowledge and understanding around the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ his work can be made more impactful and effective, human by Human.
