Anil David

Anil David is the Founder and Business Development Director of Agape Connecting People, a Singapore social enterprise and professional BPO that combines commercial excellence with measurable social impact.

His personal journey is one of transformation and second chances. After rebuilding his life following incarceration, limited formal education and financial hardship, Anil went on to build Agape into a multi-million-dollar organisation with operations across Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.

Agape has supported more than 3,000 individuals through employment, training and reintegration, including former offenders, women, persons with disabilities and others facing barriers to meaningful work. The organisation also operates contact-centre programmes within Singapore’s correctional environment, creating pathways from incarceration to sustainable employment.

Today, Anil is focused on expanding Agape internationally, building AI-enabled and inclusive BPO operations, developing sustainable caregiving employment pathways, and demonstrating that businesses can achieve both profitability and purpose.

His leadership is grounded in a simple conviction: a person’s past should never determine the possibilities of their future.
