Angela Ng

Biography

Angela is a corporate trainer, educator, and researcher with a strong focus on workplace wellbeing and leadership development. She brings a distinctive perspective as an interdisciplinary practitioner, bridging Design Thinking and Positive Organisational Psychology to create innovative interventions that enhance wellbeing at work. Angela is Associate Faculty with institutions including Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore Institute of Technology, Singapore University of Social Sciences, and The School of Positive Psychology. She is a regular corporate trainer with the Singapore Armed Forces and Bank of Singapore.

Beyond her teaching, Angela is the author of What Colours Are You Feeling?, a book promoting emotional literacy among children and parents, and the creator of the Emotional Baggage Board Game, which fosters empathy and teamwork and has engaged over 1,000 participants since 2022. A contributing writer to Rising Above, she has spoken at TEDx Singapore (2019–2021) and has been recognised with the Singapore 40-over-40: Inspiring Women Award (2023) and the Her Courage Award (2025).

Angela’s current work builds on a 20-year corporate career in APAC media and marketing, where she held senior roles including CEO of Initiative China and Regional Media Director for LVMH APAC. She holds a Master’s in Positive Psychology and is a Doctoral Researcher in Organisational Psychology at Henley Business School, UK.
