Andrea Cino

Andrea Cino is Strategic Partnerships and Innovation Lead at WRAP, with more than 10 years of experience developing international partnerships and programmes to advance the circular economy and tackle plastic pollution. Her work focuses on bringing together governments, businesses, civil society and international organisations to address complex sustainability challenges and translate shared ambitions into practical action.

At WRAP, Andrea works across global, regional and national initiatives, including the Plastics Pact Network, supporting collaborative action on plastic pollution across Latin America, Africa, Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe. Her experience spans programme and partnership development, policy and systems change, business engagement and innovation, working across different political and market contexts to identify opportunities for collective action and accelerate implementation.

Andrea has a particular interest in how collaboration can enable systemic and inclusive change. Her work has included developing initiatives to strengthen circular economy systems, supporting inclusive recycling models and the livelihoods and participation of waste workers, and facilitating knowledge and experience exchange between countries. She has also represented WRAP in international forums, including the UN negotiations for a global treaty to end plastic pollution.
