Alla Demutska

Dr. Alla Demutska is a Clinical Psychologist with more than fifteen years of experience across Australia, Singapore and internationally, and Clinical Director of Counselling and Psychotherapy at The School of Positive Psychology in Singapore, where she designs curriculum, teaches, and supervises psychotherapists in training. Her work is trauma-informed and nervous-system-aware, drawing on EMDR, schema therapy, ACT, attachment theory and polyvagal theory. She is interested in the inner life beneath high performance: how we come to treat ourselves, and why self-worth so rarely follows achievement. Ukrainian-born, she writes and speaks from the inside of her own experience rather than from a position of having arrived. She holds a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology, is AHPRA registered and an AHPRA Approved Supervisor, and is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society.
