Alexandros Nikopoulos

Alexandros Nikopoulos is an Entrepreneurship Programmes Orchestrator at Climate KIC, originally from Greece. He leads Climate KIC’s two flagship global entrepreneurship programmes, ClimateLaunchpad and ClimAccelerator, working with a diverse international network of partners, entrepreneurship support organisations, trainers, and innovators.

His work focuses on bringing people, ideas, and ecosystems together to support climate entrepreneurship. Through these programmes, he helps aspiring entrepreneurs and climate-focused startups develop their ideas, strengthen their capabilities, build meaningful connections, and transform promising innovations into impactful ventures. He is particularly passionate about creating opportunities for entrepreneurs and strengthening the local communities and organisations that support them.

Alexandros holds an academic background in Electrical and Energy Engineering, which shaped his interest in combining technology, sustainability, and entrepreneurship to accelerate the transition towards a more sustainable future.

Beyond his work in climate innovation, he is also a dance teacher and enjoys creating spaces where people can connect, learn, and grow through both entrepreneurship and movement.
