About this session
This session works the other way round. For two hours, in a closed room with no stage or audience, a small group of practitioners will do together what is usually done alone — each holding both an operating model accountable to budgets and boards, and a contemplative practice accountable to nothing. Rarely can both be spoken of in the same room; the split produces leaders fluent in systems but mute about themselves.
