本工作坊以“成己达人”为主线，将中国关于自我修养、知行合一与人的发展的思考，与AI时代的新挑战及“相遇文化”相连接。讨论将探索教育如何从知识传递走向意义生成，从个人成长走向关怀他人与服务社会；并进一步思考学校、企业、公益机构与长期资本如何共同支持人的持续成长。通过对话、真实场景与共创实践，参与者将设计一项可在90天内启动的教育行动，让学习重新成为建立关系、形成判断与回应现实的过程。
As access to knowledge, content generation and intelligence becomes increasingly inexpensive, what education provides may no longer be answers, but meaning: why we learn, how we understand ourselves and others, and how we exercise judgement and responsibility in an uncertain world.
Guided by 成己达人, this workshop brings Chinese perspectives on self-cultivation and the unity of knowledge and action into dialogue with the challenges of AI and a Culture of Encounter. It explores how education can move from knowledge transmission towards the generation of meaning, and from individual development towards care, social responsibility and contribution.
Through dialogue, real-world challenges and collaborative practice, participants will examine how schools, businesses, philanthropic organisations and long-term supporters can create environments for sustained human growth. They will also design a practical initiative that can begin within 90 days—turning learning into a process of building relationships, strengthening judgement and engaging meaningfully with the world.
