Yoshie is a sound meditation practitioner and educator whose work centres on creating restorative spaces through therapeutic sound. Working with crystal bowls, singing bowls and gongs, she guides participants into experiences that encourage deep relaxation, emotional regulation and quiet reflection.
Alongside facilitating sound journeys, Yoshie supports the training and development of future sound practitioners, sharing both technical knowledge and the importance of compassionate facilitation. Her approach reflects a deep respect for sound as both an art and a contemplative practice.
Each session is an invitation to slow down and listen—not only to the vibrations around us, but also to the quieter rhythms within ourselves that are often overlooked in everyday life.
