Victor Chng is one of Asia's leading pioneers in Yin Yoga and internal energy cultivation, with more than two decades dedicated to exploring the relationship between movement, stillness and consciousness. Beginning his yoga journey in the late 1990s as a response to the demands of corporate life, Victor's practice soon evolved into a lifelong study of yoga philosophy, Buddhism, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Daoist wisdom.
His work is distinguished by a unique approach that integrates Yin Yoga, Qigong, breathwork and energetic awareness into a deeply contemplative practice. Since becoming the first teacher to conduct Yin Yoga teacher trainings across Asia, Victor has continued refining his own methodology, drawing from the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya's lineage alongside Buddhist philosophy and Chinese internal arts.
At all is well, Victor invites participants to discover the quiet intelligence of the body through stillness, breath and subtle movement. He believes true wellbeing arises when we reconnect with our innate wholeness, allowing presence, vitality and compassion to naturally emerge.
