Biography

Stanley Lim is a spiritual teacher and healing arts practitioner whose journey into holistic wellbeing began after a life-changing road accident in 2000. The experience became a catalyst for deep personal transformation, leading him to explore the healing traditions of yoga, meditation, Eastern philosophy and energy work. In 2005, he became the first Singaporean authorised by the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute to teach the Ashtanga Yoga system, laying the foundation for more than two decades of teaching and lifelong learning.

His practice brings together ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary healing modalities, drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, sound healing and mindfulness. With a background in counselling, Stanley approaches wellbeing through the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit, creating experiences that support emotional resilience, self-awareness and inner transformation. His teaching is grounded in compassion, presence and the belief that healing begins by reconnecting with our own innate wisdom.

At all is well, Stanley invites participants to explore practices that cultivate inner peace, awaken spiritual awareness and deepen the relationship we have with ourselves. Through movement, breath and sound, he encourages a return to the qualities that allow us to live with greater clarity, integrity and love.
