Jennifer Tan is a movement educator whose work has evolved through more than fifteen years of teaching, learning and questioning how people relate to their bodies. Drawing from yoga, mobility, strength training, restorative movement and education, she creates spaces where movement becomes a practice of curiosity rather than performance.
Rather than prescribing a single way to move, Jennifer encourages participants to understand their own bodies through thoughtful, trauma-aware and inclusive teaching. Her work honours traditional practice while remaining open to contemporary movement science and evolving conversations around accessibility and culture.
Jennifer believes wellbeing belongs to everyone. For her, it is a collective practice rooted in compassion, accountability and respect—for ourselves, for others and for the traditions from which these practices originate.
