Biography

Hui Li Kang is an educator, movement practitioner and holistic wellbeing facilitator whose work bridges education, conscious movement and energetic healing. With more than 35 years of experience spanning physical education, special education and adult learning, she has dedicated her career to helping people better understand how movement supports learning, resilience and lifelong wellbeing.

Beginning her career as a physical education teacher, Hui Li later specialised in early childhood education and dyslexia, completing a Masters in Education and developing multi-sensory, brain-based approaches that support learners with diverse needs. Her personal journey recovering from sports injuries led her to Reiki and Kundalini Yoga, deepening her understanding of the relationship between physical movement, emotional wellbeing and inner awareness. Today, through her studio HQ, she creates nurturing spaces that integrate movement, meditation and mindfulness into practical wellbeing experiences.

At all is well, Hui Li invites participants to discover how conscious movement and energetic awareness can strengthen not only the body, but also our capacity to learn, regulate emotions and reconnect with ourselves in everyday life.
