Biography

Dian Handayani is an art therapist, sexologist and Jungian coach whose work creates thoughtful spaces for exploring identity, intimacy, creativity and the stories we carry about ourselves. Drawing from art therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, somatic awareness and Jungian psychology, she supports people in navigating conversations that are often overlooked, yet deeply connected to wellbeing.

Rather than focusing solely on solving problems, Dian invites participants to slow down and become curious about the emotions, symbols and relationships that shape their lives. Her work encourages deeper conversations around sexuality, pleasure, shame, purpose and belonging, helping people reconnect with aspects of themselves that are often left unexplored.

At all is well, Dian offers a compassionate invitation to see wellbeing as more than happiness or productivity. Through reflection, creativity and embodied awareness, she encourages people to cultivate lives that feel authentic, connected and deeply meaningful.
