Biography

Christine Seng is a psychologist, educator and award-winning vocalist whose work explores the intersection of music, emotional development and mental wellbeing. She developed Music-Based Intervention programmes that integrate psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience and music to help children, adolescents and adults build resilience, confidence and emotional awareness.

Her interdisciplinary background allows her to bridge evidence-based therapeutic approaches with creative expression, making wellbeing both accessible and deeply engaging. Christine's programmes are grounded in research while remaining joyful, participatory and human-centred.

She believes wellbeing is a multidimensional experience shaped by meaning, connection, self-acceptance and our capacity to flourish individually and collectively.
