Christina Shiu is the founder of The Singing Bowl Gallery and one of Singapore's early pioneers in singing bowl education and therapeutic sound. Since 2014, she has introduced thousands of participants to the restorative qualities of Himalayan singing bowls through sound baths, private therapy sessions and practitioner training.
Her work combines traditional metal singing bowls with contemporary sound therapy practices, while also designing crystal singing bowls that support practitioners across the region. Christina's approach is grounded in simplicity, helping people experience deep relaxation, self-awareness and emotional balance through intentional listening.
To Christina, wellbeing begins with living in alignment—physically, mentally and emotionally—and develops through self-acceptance, mindful awareness and gentle, consistent practice.
